1. All the domestic orders are expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days. In the case of remote locations, we commit to deliver in a maximum of 10 days for delivery.


2. Kannauj Heritage will not take any responsibility and/or commit to provide a return/refund of any sort, for any damage after the delivery. Order cancellation is accepted before dispatch. No cancellation requests shall be catered to once the product has been shipped.


3. Please keep the OTP safe with yourself, the same is to be given to the delivery valet at the time of receiving the order.


4. For any claims on grievances/complaints about products that are directed to the manufacturer, the customer must provide the said product for quality inspection to assess the problem. For any complaint regarding the product, please contact customer care of ours within 4 -5 business days of your order for quick delivery resolution.


5. In case of a requirement of exchange of any product, a request for alternative oil that has a price equivalent, or higher than the product can be submitted for exchange. At Kannauj Heritage, we believe in giving you the best shopping experience possible.


6. The price of the products may change momentarily. The maximum value of the refund will be the amount paid by the customer to purchase the product/item as per the invoice generated. For all the returns/refunds, the customer will receive a credit note valid for up to 6 months.

1. All refund, return, and exchange requests of our perfume store shall be entertained only if the product is subject to the following condition:

   A. No signs of seal break, no removal of tags and labels, No damage of any kind, is in saleable condition with the original receipt.

   B. Damage due to any neglect, wrong application, or improper usage will not be covered under the policy.

   C. Items will be eligible for exchange and return within 10 business days of product delivery.

2. Return and exchange requests will be proceeded after checking and vetting by the S&A team.

3. Once your return and exchange requests are accepted by the S&A team, the process will be completed within 7 -21 business days.

4. No refund shall be made once the products are sold. No exchange and return on discounted items. Shipping charges are incurred free.

5. In case the customer has purchased an item that has a gift/offer associated with it and wishes to return the main item, then they will have to return the free product as well in its original packaging and with no damage.

6. There will be no return on the purchase of set boxes of 2, 4, and 6 slots. Clients can get the box exchanged only and if the desired product is not available. In such cases, a credit note can be issued which is valid for 6 months.

7. Savour and Aura will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input/details provided by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided for returns.
